Introduction: Solo zurna improvised “doina”
Measures: Starts with small drum beat. 6 measures
Optional: First two series of steps, only touching, no 2-steps. Then start 2-steps and arm swing.
FIRST STEP
Facing fwd, hands V position, swinging arms back and fwd
1 Step R to rt, swing arms back (ct 1), cross L front of R, swing arms fwd (ct 2)
Step R in place, swing arms back (ct 3), step L next to R (ct &),
Step on R in place, swing arms fwd (ct 4)
2 Step fwd on L, swing arms back (ct 1), step R next to L ct &),
Step on L in place, swing arms fwd (ct 2)
Step back on R, swing arms back (ct 3), step L next to R (ct &)
