Pronunciation: Hodha nyë loole në ferrë (ë pronounced like schwa or e in “the”
Hodha, hedh, hidhem- have thrown, throw, I jump down! Një lule- a flower! Në ferrë- into the bush!

FIRST STEP (PART I)
Seven Pogonishte steps, and lift
Facing fwd: seven pogonishte steps: (If done alone, solo: Arms straight, a la shoulder hold)
1 Step R to rt(ct 1-2), step L behind R(ct 3), step R to rt(ct 4)
2 Cross L over R(ct 1-2), step R next to L(ct 3), L to lft(ct 4)
3-6 Repeat meas 1-2 2x
7 Step R to rt(ct 1-2), step L behind R(ct 3), step R to rt(ct 4)
8 Step fwd on L(ct 1-2), lift R and hold(ct 3.4)
SECOND STEP (PART II)
Touches, Albanite right, Albanite left (If done alone, solo, arms down to V positions)
1 Tch R fwd(ct 1-2), tch R diag rt(ct 3-4),
2 Step back on R(ct 1), step L next to R(ct 2),
step fwd on R next to L(ct 3-4)
3 Tch L fwd(ct 1-2), tch L diag lft(ct 3-4),
4 Step back on L(ct 1), step R next to L(ct 2),
step fwd on L next to R(ct 3), push-point R to diag rt(ct 4)
THIRD STEP (PART III)
Move CW, facing front
1 Cross R over L(ct 1-2), step L to lft(ct 3), cross R over L(ct 4)
2 Step L to lft(ct 1-2), cross R in front of L(ct 3-4)
3 Repeat meas 2
Albanite left (Yemenite left)
